Refund Policy
Refunds will be given to cancellations received seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first class, unless otherwise noted in the program description, but will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Failure to attend a program or “no shows” will not be granted a refund. If you are not satisfied with any of our programs, please contact the Department of Community Services. Requests for refunds must be done in writing.
